SHIPPING & RETURN
DELIVERY TIME
Our shipments are made with DHL and EMS. The normal delivery time are estimated 7-12 days. We also offer express delivery which will only take 4-5 days. All packages can be tracked with their DHL tracking number. Once the order is placed, an email will be sent with the confirmation of the purchase.

Each piece is individually handcrafted in our studio in Bali, Indonesia so it will take 1-2 days to prepare your order, delivery time depends on the country. If there is a high demand of orders we will notify you if the preparation time will be slightly longer. You will receive an email with the tracking number once the package has been shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can track your package. Delivery times may be affected by delays due to shipping, customs or other external factors.
Please check the shipment tracking information you will receive via email for the most accurate delivery date.
SHIPPING COST
We will stand for half of the coast of each shipment and the rest will be automatically calculated and will be detailed at the time of confirming the purchase so that it is always approved by the customer before confirming the payment.
The shipping price does not include any customs or duty charges that may be incurred in shipping to the countries. Customers are responsible for these additional payments.
We offer free shipping within the country Indonesia.
RETURN
LODARMI offers a 14 days return and exchange policy from receipt of the package that will be refunded in a VOUCHER with the amount to spend in our store. We do not provide free returns.
We do not refund already paid import charges or shipping costs.
The product must be in perfect condition and you must have the label made of fabric still attached to the piece of jewellery. Once it is removed, you are not able to return your purchase. We will not accept exchanges or returns after the specified time frame.
LODARMI reserves the right to reject a return if all the above conditions are not met. In these cases you will be notified by email that your order is not eligible for return.
*In Christmas season we will extend the terms to one month.

WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURNED ITEM?
All items need to be received into our returns centre in Bali, Indonesia. We will provide you with the full address details once your return has been authorised. Please do not return any items before requesting a Returns Authorisation (RA) Number.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY EXCHANGE?
Once we receive your return at our warehouse, please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed by our team. We’ll send you an email notification once your exchange has been shipped so you know it’s on the way. Please note, exchanges are subject to availability at the time your return is received and processed by our warehouse team. CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES Any customs duties and sales taxes paid on your purchase are non-refundable through LODARMI. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs office directly.

General information
All our pieces are handmade, we work valuing each unique detail so our products may contain imperfections and particularities that make this piece unrepeatable. We do not offer refunds for this type of particularities as they are part of the design and irregular finish of our pieces. Please take this into account before purchasing.
All sales of items with special discounts or items purchased with a coupon code are not subject to exchange or refund.
Full refunds will be requested by email to info@lodarmistudio.com. In these cases the purchase amount will be refunded upon receipt of the returned product at the above address. Shipping costs, however, will not be refunded.
LODARMI reserves the right to refuse a return if all of the above conditions are not met. In such cases you will be notified by email that your order is not eligible for return.
If your product arrives opened or damaged, LODARMI will be responsible for and cover the shipping costs incurred in returning the products if the return is due to our mistake. We will only refund to the credit card that was used to place the order; this is to prevent fraud. The refund will occur once we have received and reviewed your returned product. Depending on your bank, the transaction usually takes between 5 and 10 working days.
LODARMI is not liable for defects due to: damage caused by improper use or neglect, aesthetic changes and damage due to normal wear.

JEWELLERY WARRANTY & CARE POLICY
DAMAGE PRODUCT UPON ARRIVAL
• Report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your item.
• We will cover all shipping costs for a replacement or size exchange.
• The damaged item must be returned before we dispatch a replacement.
• A video proof of the damage is required for the claim.
JEWELLERY BREAKS WHITIN 1 MONTH
- You must return the broken jewelry at your own shipping cost within 30 days.
- Our team will inspect the item to determine if the breakage was due to a manufacturing defect or normal wear.
- If approved, you will receive a gift card for the full value of the product.
- When you use the gift card for a new purchase, we will cover the full shipping cost for your new jewelry.
- Claims for jewelry damaged due to improper use, accidents, or modifications will not be accepted.
AFTER 1 MONTH - REPAIR OPTIONS
- Minor Repairs: We will repair it for free.
- Major Repairs: We will inform you of the cost before proceeding.
- Shipping Costs: You cover the shipping cost to send the item, and after the repair, we will invoice you for the return shipping.
IF YOU ORDER THE WRONG RING SIZE
- You can exchange your ring within 7 days.
- You cover the return shipping cost.
- We will cover the shipping for the new ring (one-time exchange per order).
VAT
- Customers are responsible for paying VAT when receiving their returned product.
- Since we also pay VAT upon receiving the return, we cannot cover this cost upfront.
- If the returned item arrives damaged, you must pay the VAT first, but we will reimburse you after verifying the return.
