Shipping policy
Our shipments are made with DHL and EMS. The normal delivery time are estimated 7-10 days. We also offer express delivery which will only take 3-4 days. All packages can be tracked with their DHL tracking number. Once the order is placed, an email will be sent with the confirmation of the purchase.

Each piece is individually handcrafted in our studio in Bali, Indonesia so it will take 1-2 days to prepare your order, delivery time depends on the country. If there is a high demand of orders we will notify you if the preparation time will be slightly longer. You will receive an email with the tracking number once the package has been shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can track your package. Delivery times may be affected by delays due to shipping, customs or other external factors.

SHIPPING COST
We will stand for half of the coast of each shipment and the rest will be automatically calculated and will be detailed at the time of confirming the purchase so that it is always approved by the customer before confirming the payment.
The shipping price does not include any customs or duty charges that may be incurred in shipping to the countries. Customers are responsible for these additional payments.
